I respect that collating is not easy.

But seriously, when the leader delegates work that is easiest to herself, and is biased towards the delegation, it's not very nice ><

I really can't stand leaders who just delegate and assume that everyone is happy.

In a group, you are supposed to discuss who does what, and make sure everyone knows. Not make it like you are superior and giving an order.

Leadership can't be given to those who don't deserve it.

Yet I can't say that I'm not happy with it. When this happens, life is horrible.

But then again, get it over and done with is still the best.

I want to sleep.
